Factions Rules

 

  • No Hate Speech / Racism / Discrimination
  • No advertising, linking , or promoting any services that are not related to NullMC.
  • English only in the main chat. If you want to use another language please use /msg.
    No excessive spam (Staff Discretion)
  • No hacked clients/illegal mods.
  • Do not make inappropriate builds.
  • Do not impersonate staff members, or pretend to be a rank you are not.
  • Doxing / Using Personal Information is not tolerated.
  • Any form of Threatening that insinuates real life consequences is not tolerated
    Excessive forms of harassment are not tolerated
  • NOTE: We do not support loans in ANY capacity (Items / GC / etc.) and are HEAVILY ADVISED AGAINST. You are assuming all risk and responsibility if you do so. 
  • We DO NOT moderate any Reset Vault deals, even when it involves GC or Ranks.
  • We do NOT honor Membership deals (ex: 5 million IGM to join a island/plot/claim/faction/gang)
  • We do NOT honor If / Then deals. (ex: If I win CF; then you give X GC/Item along with it)

Base / Defense Rules​

  • ALL TYPES OF 45s (Regens/Walls) are not allowed and will be removed from bases + punishments issued out to factions using this defense. This includes 45s created with Slime Blocks, and/or other blocks that intentionally interfere with the mechanics of TNT and/or Falling Block Entities.
  • Using half blocks (such as ladders, amethyst crystals etc.) for your walls is not allowed and will be removed from bases + punishments issued out to factions using this defense. (Slabs are permitted)
  • You may not use Redstone Lag Machines as a form of defense (such as pistons/observers/dispensers etc.)
    Using scaffolding or any other material that sand can't stack on making walls unraidable is not allowed.
  • Alts are not permitted to own claims under any circumstances after the Grace Period.
    Multi-Layered Walls being used as raid defense are not allowed inside of your 20x20 Base Claim.
  • Placing unbreakable blocks of any kind to make your base unraidable is strictly forbidden.
  • Intentionally making cobble monsters as a form of defense is a bannable/strikeable offense. Up to Staff Discretion.
  • If you have multiple bases, they can not be closer than a minimum of 10 chunks from another base of yours.
  • Bases must be a minimum distance of 50 chunks from another Faction.
    Spawner/Vault (value) boxes are permitted, and players are allowed to water/lava to protect the exterior of them. NOTE: You may only have 6 boxes per base
    Grinders are NOT considered Value Boxes.
  • Counter Raid Claims are allowed, But they must be a 7 Chunks away from your base claim. This is to avoid you extending your chunk buffer via raid claims. You can still defend raids from your base claims. Bypassing this in any way will result in punishment.
    Counter Raid claims can only be created for the sole purpose of countering an enemies Raid Claim.
  • Wilderness defending / Block placing is completely prohibited. Any blocks/walls/defensives outside of your claims will result in a strike & value taken. You are not allowed to place or break blocks as a form of defensive OUTSIDE of your claims. NOTE: The first chunk outside of your buffer is a GRACE zone and does not count as wilderness defending, Wilderness adjusting is also allowed.
    You are allowed to Front Counter an enemies raid claim but CANNOT involve blocking the enemy factions cannon shot.
  • You are allowed to use CEGGS outside of your claims as a form of counter raiding/defense.
  • Making Raid Claims in-between your base claim & an enemies faction's raid claim is allowed.
  • No "Bitch Claiming" -- A Bitch claim can be defined as claiming within the 12 chunk buffer limit of another faction. If someone in your faction is Bitch Claim under your faction's behalf, the Leader will be punished. NOTE: If you do not claim your buffer 2 days after your initial base claims are made, enemy factions will be allowed to make raid claims in your buffer without punishment.
  • You may not use Sand Bots, in order to create regen walls or protect your base / cannon box. They are strictly for Raiding / Cannon Purposes.
    Patching with Half Blocks (fences, ladders, etc) is NOT ALLOWED. (Slabs are permitted)
  • Buffer Cannons must be at maximum 6 Chunks within your Buffer
    1 Buffer Cannon per side for a maximum of 2 per Base
  • Surrounding your Cannon Boxes in regens is allowed.
  • You may not raid a base with more than ONE cannon at a time.
  • You may not raid more than 1 base made by a faction at the same time. (This does not - apply if the faction's bases are being raided by different factions at the same time.)
  • You can not extend your raid claims by having an alt faction make raid claims next to you.
  •  Intentionally making cobble monsters to help aid you in a raid is a bannable/strikeable offense. Up to Staff Discretion.
  •  The use of Sand Bots for anything else but aiding in the firing of your cannon(s) is prohibited. ie: (no patching or defending intentionally with sandbots)  
  • You may only shoot at someones base with a cannon in a straight line from the base claims.
  • You may only shoot a cannon at someones base from within 100 chunks of the base claim.
  • Wilderness defending is DISALLOWED.

 

 


Raid Outpost Rules​

  • You are allowed to counter in front of an enemies cannon as a form of defense.


 


Teaming Rules

  • Any player or faction that is defending a base/raid that is not directly happening to them cannot intervene. (this includes running buffers, checking walls, or participating in any way during a raid)
  • Allies may not help defend/attack enemy factions
    You can not counter cannon a faction actively raiding a faction that you're not in. This includes setting up a counter cannon, wilderness patching, and pvp.
  • You are not allowed to raid a base that another faction is also raiding at the same time. Whoever was caught setting up after the fact will be punished on a faction wide level.
    To raid or defend with a faction, you need to be ONLY playing with that faction. If you are caught swapping factions for raids or Raid Outpost you will be punished, as well as the faction.
  • For enforcement of the above rules (Raid Interference) WE REQUIRE CLIPS AND CANNOT BE OLDER THAN 24 HOURS
  • Videos must include clear evidence that shows members of opposite factions teaming in order to gain a competitive advantage against another player (ex: Using the /f who command on offenders and the player being offended against)
  • Video must have no cuts and must not be edited in any way other way (Exceptions may be made on discretion by the staff member for cutting out audio post clip)
    Scoreboard must be shown to prove you are on the NullMC network


 

Alt Account / Bot Rules​

  • We do not allow bots of any kind on our server, though we do allow infinite alts per player. You can add up to 24 alts total to your faction through /f alt invite.
  • You are not allowed to use an alt account to evade a punishment on another account.
    You are not allowed to use your alts to script anything but teleportation commands to ensure your alt is always in the right location.
  • The usage of alternate accounts to benefit from events is strictly prohibited.
    You may not use Another Account (Alts) to AFK blueprint cannon timers. This is considered Blueprint Abuse.
  • You may not use Alt Accounts to create "Alt" factions in order to raid/claim corners/or any other form of bypassing. May require Staff Discretion
  • You may not use Alt Accounts to help or assist you in a raid in any capacity, this includes building the cannon to go undetected. Raids must be executed on your main account.


Faction Rules​

  • We do not allow insiding, backstabbing or betraying of any kind. This will be enforced by staff, when joining a faction you are joining under the assumption that you are there to help them grow, and win the season.
  • If you are seen trying to inside people all of your alts/main account + your faction will all be given strict punishments.
  • If you are kicked or leave a faction you must wait 48 hours to assist in a raid against your old faction, this includes raiding them yourselves or giving out information. (ie: coordinates,etc).
  • Kicking a player under the intention to specifically kill and take their items is strictly prohibited and is considered Reverse Insiding.
  • You can not raid or assist in helping a raid on a faction that you have just left, You must wait 48 hours before doing so. This includes sharing coordinates.
  • You may not assist or boost another faction to benefit their placement in FTOP and/or PVPTOP. You are expected to help only YOUR faction.

Ally Rules​

We do not allow raiding of allies.

You are allowed to kill allies in Free For All areas (Lightzone / Darkzone / Warzone / Conquest / Citadel / Arcade)


Misc. Rules​

  • Glitching is not allowed in any shape or form, this includes but not limited to:
    - Enderpearl glitching.
    - Freehanding creeper eggs.
    - Use of Frost Walker in order to raid.
    - Glitching under/through bedrock.
    - Border glitching.
    - Bypassing the automatic kick from bases after logging out for 10 minutes.
    - Use of /tntfill in other factions' land.
    - Use of a fishing rod to bring people into PVP
    - Shooting TNT or other entities from outside the border, or through the border.
    - Shooting TNT or other entities OVER or AT world height is prohibited.
    - Bypassing the cannon blueprint cooldown
    Note:
    Any other forms of glitching will be enforced by the staff team at their own discretion.​


No alternate ways to glitch out of combat, If you are combat tagged and you leave combat you will be punished.
Making alt factions under alt accounts to claim multiple FTOP or PVPTOP prizes is strictly forbidden.
Personal insults towards other players are not allowed. (anything that is a personal attack to another player, and not normal trash talking)
No impersonating another member/faction under any circumstance. This includes our discord/ingame. (This does not include teleports) This is up to staff discretion.
Nether Portal raids are not allowed.
Scamming, TP Trapping & Deception is allowed towards Enemy Factions. Staff are unable to moderate anything unless it is relating to Ranks, Keys, Store Giftcards, or use of server features such as but are not limited to; /trade & /cf
Item Loans; including seasonals and other high value items are not covered. If you loan your item to a player and there is no proven set time to return the item, staff will NOT be able to moderate this.
Account Sharing is NOT allowed under any circumstances.
No using Infinite Lava Gen Buckets to grief the world/other factions intentionally.
"Give-Me-Back" Deals are not moderated regardless if both accept to the terms. (ex: "If you win, you give it back", "If I win, I give it back") ​
You are NOT allowed to mine spawners while being on an active raid timer. (includes creeper eggs)​
Diag's are banned for all factions use (defending/raiding)​
Note:
If you lose items from server bugs, outages, scams, lag etc. We require full screenshots / videos, with zero cropping/editing of the picture / video.

 

 

Client Modifications/Methods
Anything which grants an unfair advantage is against our rules and will be Staff Discretion​

ESP or any other forms of X-Ray
Kill Aura / Mob Aura / Auto-critical / Anti-knockback / Reach / Auto-Armor Equip / etc.
Rebinding your attack key to an alternate key to act as a faster method of clicking
Drag Clicking
Nametags
Any form of being able to view an opposing players held item/inventory
